Terms Of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service listed below.

General Terms:
1. When filling out the tattoo commission form please explain clearly what you are looking for and provide clear references if you have them. For any other commissions please provide a clear reference for your oc.
2. I have the right to deny your commission, especially if you request anything that includes hate speech, hate symbols, or other bigoted ideals.
3. All commissioners will receive at least one sketch unless purchasing a commission slot that doesn't include a sketch (i.e. $10 surprise tattoo, sketch art, etc).
4. You may ask for any number of changes during the sketch phase of the commission, but once it is fully lined you may only ask for two changes. More than two changes, or any large/major changes, after the sketch phase will be an extra $15 charge.
5. Commissions can take anywhere between one (1) day and two (2) months depending on: complexity of the commission, order of commissions, health issues, and/or other work / family issues. If there will be any delays with your commission you will be notified.
6. Tattoo designs are purchased with the intent of being used as a tattoo for yourself or a character you own. If you’d like to use the design for commercial use you may do so but there will need to be a discussion before you purchase the commission as there will be a slight up-charge.-Adopts Terms:
(All adopts can be found on my kofi or in my discord server.)
1. In order to purchase an adopt you must go to my kofi shop, or you may contact me through my server or dms on discord (magpie.png) to claim the adopt if you'd prefer to pay through paypal (or if it is a server exclusive adopt).
2. Once you have purchased an adopt it is yours to do what you wish with (to a point - see usage policy below), just please keep my original credits and any base credits that may be needed.
3. All adopts are sold on a First Come, First Served (fcfs) basis, unless it is an Auction or Offer To Adopt design.
4. All auction adopts will go to the highest bidder after a certain period of time (usually 24hrs, unless stated otherwise). If the highest bidder backs out then the next highest will receive the adopt and the person who backed out will not be able to get any auction adopts from me for a period of time (minimum 1 month).
5. All adopts may be added to character hosting sites such as toyhouse or CharacterHub. If you do this then you must credit me (my toyhouse is magpie_png).
6. I can do accept holds for adopts if discussed but they are currently only 48 hours, after this time you either must pay or the adopt will go back up for sale. If needed, a longer hold can be discussed.
7. You will receive the unwatermarked adopt once you have completed your payment for said adopt. You may also ask for the files to be sent to you via email if that is preferred.
8. Please do not buy any of my adopts just to use them as trade fodder or to try turning a profit on them. You may be blacklisted from future adopts if I find you are only getting adopts from me for these reasons. It's one thing to decide you no longer want an adopt, it's another to buy it with the sole intention of using it to get something else.-Copyright and Usage Policy:
1. I reserve the right to all art I create. This means I am free to use your commission/adopt as future examples and may post publicly as I see fit (they will be watermarked). I may not post every commission though and you are completely free to ask that I do not post yours!
2. You may share any commission/adopt you receive from me as long as I receive proper credit - link to this site or any of my other contact links.
3. Any commission/adopt you receive from me is for personal use only, unless commercial usage has been discussed and paid for. Personal use includes: getting it tattooed on your body, getting a print made of it for yourself, using it as a profile photo or banner (with credit), or posting on social media (with credit).
4. Taking credit for any commission/adopt you receive from me will result in you being blacklisted from any future commissions/adopts.
5. Turning any commission/adopt you receive into a cryptocurrency, NFT, or any other blockchain "creation" will result in you being blacklisted from any future commissions/adopts.
6. Putting any commission or adopt you receive from me into any sort of generative AI program will result in you being blacklisted from any future commissions/adopts.-Payment:
1. All prices listed are in US Dollar due to me living in the US.
2. Payment can be done through PayPal (goods & services or invoice, not friends & family) or by using my Ko-fi page. I do not take any kind of cryptocurrency as payment, and i never will.
3. Your commission will only be started after payment is made, not before, unless otherwise discussed or due to special circumstances. If you need a payment plan please bring this up to me at the time of requesting the commission, as we can discuss and work something out.
4. I may sometimes offer discount codes for adopts or commissions, but please don't ask for a code when I'm not offering them.

Tattoo Commission Prices

All commission prices are listed on the chart below.Additional costs include:
1. +$15 for more than two changes after your commission is lined.
2. +$15 for large changes after your commission is lined.
3. +$25 for color or shading to be added.
4. +$30 for both color and shading.
